Additional Ways We Can Support You

We offer a safe space to explore, heal, and strengthen the version of yourself you most want to be.

Workshops
Our workshops offer immersive learning and healing experiences designed to deepen self-awareness, emotional resilience, and community connection.
Each workshop focuses on a specific theme — such as mind-body connection, family dynamics, or somatic reprocessing — and includes a mix of guided education, experiential exercises, and group reflection.
Whether you’re new to this work or looking to deepen your practice, our workshops offer a supportive container to reconnect with your wisdom and curiosity.
Ketamine-assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
KAP is a collaborative process that allows the client to access unconscious material and experience neuroplasticity at a much faster rate than traditional talk therapy. We partner with a local medical provider to create a safe and intentional container for altered-state work.
Think of your mind as a landscape covered in dense fog, where it’s difficult to see clearly or navigate through your thoughts and feelings. Ketamine can act like a sudden gust of wind that temporarily clears the fog, giving you a clearer view of your mental landscape.
This clarity can help you and your therapist identify and address underlying issues more easily.

Psychedelic Integration
We hold deep respect for the healing potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Integration sessions are designed for those who’ve experienced psychedelics (personally, ceremonially, or clinically) and are seeking guidance in processing the insights and emotions that arose.
Integration is a vital part of the healing process as it allows us to create meaning from those experiences — verbally, symbolically, or somatically. This work helps you clarify your values, anchor new awareness into your daily life, and navigate the tender terrain between awakening and embodiment.
