Get In Touch

We’re so glad you’re ready to take the next step toward healing.
You can reach us by email, phone, or through the contact form below with questions.
We offer both in-person sessions at our Winter Park office (315 N Wymore Rd.) and virtual sessions for clients anywhere in Florida. Hours vary by clinician, with most offering weekday availability and some Saturday spots as well.
When you reach out, it’s helpful to include your general availability, whether you prefer virtual or in-person sessions, and whether you plan to self-pay or use insurance (and which provider, if applicable), as this can help us match you with the right clinician.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Do you accept my insurance? We collectively accept most commercial plans with the following carriers, yet this may vary by clinician: Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Florida Blue/BCBS, United Healthcare (Optum, Oscar, AvMed), Humana. We may not be in network with HMO plans, though, and are not in network with Medicare or Medicaid plans.
-
How much will I owe per appointment? This depends on the clinician and may vary depending on your insurance plan. The self-pay rate varies from $100-$130, yet we also have a graduate intern who has a max reduced rate of $40 per session if that doesn’t feel manageable at this time. If you are using your insurance for services, the insurance company sets the rate. If you want to know at the onset of counseling, you can call your plan and ask what the benefits are for outpatient mental health counseling for an in-network provider; most have either a copay or a deductible plan.
-
What is your availability? Our availability varies by clinician and by the day/week. Some clients choose to book recurring appointments, meaning they have the same day and time each week. Others book at the end of their appointment, so the schedules can change daily. You can view open appointments via the booking links provided or reach out to us, including your availability, to find a time that aligns with your needs.
-
How long do you recommend we meet? The length of therapy really depends on your goals and preferences. Some people come in seeking solution-focused support to work through a specific challenge and may feel complete in a couple of months. Others want to explore patterns more deeply—unpacking past experiences and understanding how they influence present challenges—so the work may be more ongoing. Many also choose to stay in therapy longer-term as part of their wellness and personal growth journey, maybe decreasing in frequency and using the space for reflection, support, and continued development. We’ll collaborate to find a rhythm that feels right for you and revisit your needs over time.
-
What is hypnotherapy, and how is it used in your practice?Hypnotherapy is a guided experience into a relaxed state of awareness that can help you access your inner resources, shift limiting patterns, and process experiences more deeply. In our practice, it’s used as a supportive tool, not as the sole focus of treatment. We may integrate hypnotherapy as part of a broader, trauma-informed approach, always with your consent and at a pace that feels safe. It can be especially helpful for things like reducing anxiety, uncovering unconscious blocks, or reinforcing positive changes, while still honoring your unique healing process.
