About the Event
Do you teach rest, regulation, and boundaries—yet move from task to task without pausing to breathe?

Do you expect yourself to show up with the same energy each day, even when your capacity shifts?

Have you felt the tension between knowing what supports your nervous system and giving yourself permission to practice it?

If so, this morning is for you!

An Invitation to Ease is a gentle, grounding experience for women who hold space for others—therapists, nurses, bodyworkers, physicians, caregivers, and more.

All are welcome. The focus is inclusivity, not exclusivity.
Held on land that invites slowing down, this workshop weaves together:
This is not a training, performance, or productivity workshop.
You won’t be asked to fix yourself, push through, or take on more.

Instead, this is an intentional pause—a space to notice what you often help others notice, and to reconnect with the truth that capacity is not constant, and care does not have to be earned.

Your Guide
This morning is guided by Alexandria Turnbow, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and facilitator of embodied, reflective spaces.

Her work integrates presence, embodiment, and play-- both in clinical practice and everyday life!

This is an invitation to step out of autopilot, honor your inner seasons, and reconnect with yourself in a gentle, sustainable way.

Come as you are. Move slowly. Leave with practices you can return to again and again.

If you’ve been waiting for permission to rest, reflect, and reset — this is it.
Investment: $100
