Accepting New Clients

Making sense of our experiences is not always easy, and doing so alone can feel even more overwhelming. For many people, asking for help can be one of the most difficult steps to take. My own experiences with interpersonal hardship, difficult seasons of life, and the ongoing process of healing have deepened my belief that everyone deserves a safe and supportive space to process their experiences, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and learn how to navigate life's challenges. I believe therapy isn’t about fixing what’s perceived as “wrong” with you. Sometimes, it’s about gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, making sense of your experiences, or finding a path forward that feels more aligned with who you want to be. I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate that journey.

I view therapy as a collaborative process. Rather than seeing myself as someone who has all the answers, I see my role as walking alongside you as we work together to build insight and develop tools that feel realistic and meaningful to you! My goal is to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self, explore difficult experiences without judgment, and feel supported as you move toward greater self-understanding and a life that feels more aligned.

My Approach

My clinical approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, curiosity, empathy, and genuine connection. I believe therapy should be thoughtfully tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.

I draw from a variety of approaches, including (but not limited to) Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic approaches, and attachment theory, while considering each client’s unique experiences, needs, goals, and personality. I am drawn to approaches that encourage curiosity and self-compassion, while helping clients better understand themselves, recognize patterns, connect with their emotions and bodies, explore the impact of relationships and past experiences, and identify what matters most to them.

My clinical interests include supporting individuals navigating neurodivergence, interpersonal challenges, chronic trauma and its lasting effects, and the transitions and changes that come with different stages of life.

About Me

I firmly believe our experiences can guide us toward the people we are meant to become and the work we are meant to do. For me, that path led me to mental health. At my core, I am deeply curious—about people, cultures, music, food, and especially the experiences that shape us into who we are. I think this curiosity is part of what drew me so deeply to psychology. I can remember taking my very first psychology class in high school and having an immediate sense that psychology would play a significant role in my life.

As I continued taking psychology courses and began my own journey of healing and self-discovery, I grew increasingly curious about the experiences that shaped me and the parts of myself I had not always had the understanding or language to make sense of. Through that process, it became clear that my passion extended beyond simply understanding people. I wanted to create a space where others could feel welcomed, heard, seen, understood, and accepted as they explored their own experiences and came to better understand themselves.
